2007 Fall Conference Information

As you may have experienced, when you called to reserve your hotel room with the Hyatt, you have been told that our block of "reserved rooms" is filling up faster than expected. This is due to two reasons

The first: The conference program is going to be great this year and no one wants to miss a minute!

The second reason: Due to fact that there are two "city wide" conventions in Chicago during the SCDM conference, hotels rooms are filling up fast. Our administrative office has been diligently working to secure additional rooms at best rates outside of our Hyatt block for our attendees.

At this time we have been able to secure a small block of rooms at the Hard Rock Hotel. Attendees can access the Hyatt from the Hard Rock either by street level or via an underground passage to the Illinois Center. The best rate available is $285.00. Below you will find contact information and instructions on how to book a room at the Hard Rock.

Further below you will find a list of hotels that are in the vicinity of the Hyatt. We recommend trying these properties only if you are unable to get the SCDM rate at the Hyatt or Hard Rock. Currently, SCDM will not be providing shuttle service during the 2007 Fall Conference.

All educational sessions, exhibits, registration, and social events held as part of the 2007 Society for Clinical Data Management Fall Conference will take place at the following location:

3. Number of people and names in the room
4. CC to guarantee
5. Any other preferences (smoking, non, etc)
