Media Kit: SCDM Events and Additional Advertising Opportunities

The 2008 SCDM Annual Meeting will take place in Dallas, TX from September 21-24, 2008.

SCDM Unrestricted Grant Opportunities

SCDM is pleased to offer several unrestricted grant opportunities. These grants will not only assist tremendously in forwarding SCDM's strategic plan, but will also highlight your company's dedication to the clinical data management field. These efforts will affect both SCDM members and non-members alike.

SCDM Webinars
SCDM will offer four Webinar Series in 2008.

Grant Opportunity: Unrestricted grant to support one or multiple webinar(s)

Cost: $8,000 per webinar

Recognition: Grantor logo would appear on first slide of webinar and sponsor would be acknowledged verbally at beginning of webinar. All promotional materials for webinar would feature wording: "This webinar made possible by an unrestricted grant from Granting Company."

Limitations: Grantor would not input decisions on webinar presenter(s), attendees or content of presentation.

Research Initiative Steering Groups
SCDM's Research Initiative Steering Groups (RISG) were launched in August 2006 with the EDC-focused Task Force. These groups bring together the expertise of both SCDM members and non-members who are leading players in the industry. The task forces are intended to address a short-term project, which could result in a white paper, Good Clinical Data Management Practices (GCDMP) chapter revision, webinar, etc. RISG topics can be submitted by anyone with an interest in the field of clinical data management.

Grant Opportunity: Unrestricted grant to support one or multiple SCDM RISG task force(s)

Cost: $8,000 per task force

Recognition: Grantor logo would appear in one section of RISG output (with the exception of the GCDMP document itself), along with wording "This document made possible by an unrestricted grant from Granting Company." Grantor would be recognized on SCDM website and in Society publications.

Limitations: Grantor would not input decisions on participants or content of output.
