We are currently seeking a Process and Training Manager in our South San Francisco, CA, headquarters. This position is accountable for providing project and training management under the strategic direction of the Manager of TIPS and in collaboration with the Clinical Data Management Manager Team. He/she will drive and support continuous process improvement initiatives. The incumbent will implement and conduct training programs to fulfill Clinical Data Management compliance, competency and role development. The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree, with a minimum of seven years of clinical research experience. Previous experience in clinical trial planning and execution, including clinical data management, vendor management and cross-functional team leadership and/or participation, is required. The incumbent must have knowledge and application of ICH/GCP and FDA regulations. He/she must have extensive clinical research knowledge and cross-functional understanding of clinical trial methodology. Travel may be required.
