Room Reservations
Reservations will be accepted based upon availability. Conference delegates are responsible for making their own individual reservations. Please call (888) 421-1442 to make your reservation and identify yourself as being an attendee of the Society for Clinical Data Management Fall Conference.

Reservations need to be made by Tuesday, August 19, 2008 in order to qualify for the SCDM group rate.

Special Accessibility Needs

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited at all SCDM meetings and educational sessions. Guests of the hotel will be permitted to smoke in designated smoking areas only.

Conference Attire
All sessions are business casual attire. Please remember that it is difficult to control temperatures in a hotel setting, bringing along a light jacket or sweater to the session rooms is recommended. Coat and tie are not required for any of the evening social functions.
