Annual Conference Advertising Opportunities

Sponsors receive 10 percent off advertising in the SCDM Annual Conference Final Program. The Final Program is a comprehensive guide to all activities offered at the Annual Conference and is distributed to all attendees.

Ad Requirements

Photos/images MUST be high resolution and received in the file size you wish to have it printed. Recommended: 600 dpi or higher for black and white; 300 dpi or higher for color/grayscale
Acceptable file formats include AI, EPS and high resolution PDF, PSD, JPEG, and TIFF
All ads must be pre-paid
Publisher is not liable for advertisement printed from faulty ad materials. Advertiser agrees to hold SCDM harmless from any and all claims or suits arising out of publication on any advertising. SCDM assumes no liability, including but not limited to compensatory or consequential damages, for any errors or omissions in connection with any ad
SCDM does not guarantee placement in specific locations
SCDM reserves the right to refuse or pull advertisements for space or content

Employment and Event Postings
A bulletin board will be available at the 2009 Annual Conference to post open positions free of charge. Postings must be submitted in person on company letterhead or advertisement form. Word documents without company letterhead will not be accepted. Please also bring copies to be distributed to interested attendees. Job postings for the board will not be excepted via e-mail before the conference.

Additionally, SCDM also has opportunities to advertise employment and event postings on its web site.
